Hope tomorrow is a good day for ya.

Finally got my truck back from the shop doing the wrap/tint. Relatively pleased with their work however they messed up a door handle when taking it off and repainted it. Hard to tell without looking for it but I see it. Also noticed my door panels are not aligned. One side worse than the other but its pretty bad. Dealer said it will be covered under warranty but not looking forward to surrendering my truck to dealer service department.

On a brighter note I put my tonneau cover on today and will do the catch can tomorrow. Aside from the door alignment and door handle issue I am pleased. Still a few quirks to figure out with all the tech tho. Will start a thread on my truck's transformation as I continue installing all the mods I've had in a pile in my dining room. Powerstep/interior mods/intercooler/intake/exhaust/fog lights/mounts/etc. Will take some better pictures too.

Am curious how easy it is for you guys to tell which of the two handles was repainted.

Congrats!! And thanks for the spread sheet and time you spent helping everyone’s wait be just a little bit easier. Thank you also for keeping your cool while your truck sat for what seems like no reason...a great example of how to deal with “adversity”!

Awesome! Happy for ya. Post some pics when you get it.

And thanks for running the sheet. It was a help for those of us going through the wait.

Good afternoon guys,

I’ve been lurking since they announced the Gen2. Tried hard to get a ‘17 but couldn’t get into one at a reasonable price. Ended up picking up a Focus RS thinking a hatchback would be better for home projects than my Mustang GT was.

Long story short, I got hit with the head gasket issue and the car needed a new head, not happy to have a dealer doing that work. Took my car for state inspection in January and was notified that the head gasket was again leaking. Damn it.

To my surprise, Ford offered to buy it back towards another Ford vehicle. Even more to my surprise, they agreed to let me special order a Raptor even though my dealer had no allocations left. I ordered an 802 ‘19 SCREW, Velocity Blue, Loaded with Recaros and beadlocks. Pretty much every option except stickers and a bed liner. Couldn’t bring myself to pay that much for stickers and there is a Line-X dealer literally 3 miles from my house. My Ford case rep tells me my truck is being built this week. I’m getting pretty excited now.

I’ve been watching these order threads, figured I’d say hello! No real mods planned yet. Ordered some Adam’s ceramic coating and other goodies. Planning to have the dealer leave the truck as delivered and clean it myself. I like exterior detailing, so I’ll do the paint correction and coating myself. It’ll be a daily driver for me. I want to learn to do some light off-roading, I just need to find a place where I don’t risk scratching the hell out of a 70000 truck. Anyone know any good spots in PA?

Agreed. I couldn't be happier with the color, especially after seeing it in person.

Truck looks awesome. Congrats! Post some more pics when you can.

Well that certainly worked out in your favor. Glad to hear your truck is getting built this week. Hopefully you'll have it in under a month.

I also got the Adam's ceramic coating kit. I'm waiting for the weather to consistently warm up a bit before I apply it, but I practiced on my old F150 before I turned it in this week. After paint correction and coating, the hood looked brand new. And they're not kidding about how much depth it adds to the paint. I'm thinking my PB truck will look awesome.

Have you done ceramic coating before?
