Phone pairing

Merry Xmas guys!
I have been trying to pair my phone to my 2011 Raptor without success.
It just doesn't shows a code to enter the phone. I read somewhere to disconnect the battery for the system to reset. I tried it but didn't work.
Any ideas?

Are you in the phone settings on your phone having it search for Bluetooth devices?
You need to do that first and then have the truck look for a phone.

Also make sure you have the latest update for your truck software installed. If after that, it still does not work, then go into the settings in the truck and factory reset Sync.
