What's that logo made out of? Looks pretty sweet!

The logo is actually an LED door sill from Recon Lighting that has been cut down and framed out.

Looks great! I'm assuming you had to trim the floor mat to accommodate? And is the box anchored to the truck?

Yeah, the box is securly anchored and yes, they trimmed several inches off of the floor mat.
