Inspection prior to sale

Kinda bummed here , had 2017 brought in to dealer for inspection so I could get Ziegler warranty and this popped. 2017 45k miles and asking price is 60k
Says visible damage shown
Engine is neither pass nor fail
Cooling is fail
& dealer said there was a trouble code at “transmission pump” but turns out it was due to a tune that they deleted.
I kinda feel like im out after this

Update , dealer was being lazy , re subbed new statement and was approved , first time raptor owner here in about 2 hrs !

unless im wrong, wouldnt a tune or history of a tune on the vehicle make the warranty for the powertrain null?

He was wrong , honestly they did a **** poor job and dragged ass , got warranty , got truck & love it
