Anyone tow a car with their gen 2 using a U-haul trailer?

I am finally going to pick up my passed father-in-laws 944 cabriolet.

3,000 pound car on a smallish trailer for 325 miles. Should be no issue for the Raptor right?

You should be fine. I did something like this a couple years ago and couldn't even tell it was back there.

You'll be fine. I pull my approx 5500 lb boat and tandem axle trailer with no problem at all. Put it in tow mode and sport mode, and it'll pull like a champ.

Raptor: no problem. U-haul Auto Transport Trailer: maybe.

I regularly transported my 981 using a U-Haul trailer and had to use a small 2x12 piece of wood under the driver's front tire as the front aero would catch on the front of the trailer (see circles below). No 2x12, a 2x4 cut into several short pieces will also do the trick. Secure the vehicle as usual just with the wood under the tire. Otherwise, the trailer may hold your 944 captive by the lower front bumper.

I tried to back off the first time and almost ripped my bumper off.....

How do you engage two different modes at the same time?
