Fwiw same thing can be done by twisting the seat belt tab 2-3 times before buckling. An old auto crossing trick.

GREAT LAKES RAPTOR EXCURSIONS

It doesn't necessarily have a stop, but the ground keeps it from opening to far. The length is adjustable depending on the height of the truck. I can take some more detailed pics if you're interested.

Twisting seatbelt is never recommended. It can lead to belt failure in the event of a serious accident.
