Steering Wheel Vibrations

Does anyone else have vibration in their steering wheel at high speeds? My truck is only two weeks old with 1700 miles and I’m getting a little bit of a shimmy in my steering wheel at high speeds. Went to discount tire 3x they did differently types of balance and road force and can’t seem to fix the issue. It’s gotten better but not completely. Not as smooth it was when I got it two weeks ago.

Why in the hell would you take a brand new Raptor to discount tire instead of the dealership where you bought the truck? After market wheels? If so and they could not balance the wheels in two attempts take it somewhere else.
