Welcome and good luck trying trying to limit your mods!
I would focus on mods that first protect the vehicle. I'll be using AMSOIL underneath and in the engine bay. Getting some sort of clear coat for the front of the vehicle and mirrors and then switching to synthetic oil (AMSOIL) after the first oil change. And of course some sort of protector for the bed and a lot also linex the wheel wells.
And then next, off-road prep! LOL!

I 2nd the Line-x. Also, get a shock perch adjustment. Can't beat it for value. Usually about $150 plus an alignment for a 1" lift and a much better ride.
