How much $$ we talkin and do you have a link so I can check out these gears?

I talked to TSS already and they have done the R&D on the gears for the 6.2 but no plans to stock them. Can be made on special order basis. The more you order the cheaper the per unit cost. To do one set he quoted $450-500, to do 10 sets at once it was more like $300 each.

I'll have to do a little more research on this product but it does have me intrigued

Ford uses this same crank shaft driven oil pump design on all their overhead cam engines. It is a very efficient design. But it subjects the oil pump gears to the intense harmonics of the crank shaft. It is very common for them to fail in high hp engines. There are several vendors that make billet gear sets for the 5.0/4.6/5.4 engines. TSS is one of the best.
