A hardware would be greater but I’m not holding my breath. I’d love it though!
tested with Siri worked just like when plugged in...tested forward and reverse track skipping with amazon music and it works like it’s plugged in album art and all....once now it shows it’s connecting and after 30 secs it does not, unplugging and plugging back in it connected within 10 seconds. That’s the last first time so far it did that and another poster in another forum said same thing maybe 1 out of 10 times...heard there were connection issues with remote start as well and last night (1 remote start so far) it worked without any connection issues. I’m pretty impressed with it and happy about my purchase
Let me know after a bit how it’s working. I may have to break down and buy it
playing with it longer, it’s hit and miss as far as connecting every time on it’s own. I’d say 50/50. Simply unplugging and replugging in solves the connection and makes it worth it, in my opinion. If you like CarPlay you’ll like this device.
50/50 sucks, however my feelings change a little bit knowing it’s just a simple un- and replug of the adapter...not tooooo terrible.
ya it isn’t ideal but it’s worth it, I’m hoping an update to the adapter happens to fix it, who knows
Learned you don’t have to replug it in, you can select the adaptor from Bluetooth settings
Almost easier to unplug it vs leaving the CarPlay menu and back to Syncs screen.
