Ha, no the hood is too high to show off the motor, plus with the stock intake from the 5.4, yea... I don't want to loose! ya, i'm not turning the lights or movie on any more. It takes a tall flexible person to get in, that step is really high. Over 3 feet! Plus the door has to be pulled up and it doesn't support its own weight.

I still have the stock intake on mine and I am proud to open my hood.

Ya but the 6.2 motor is a lot more pleasing than the 5.4.
Its not clean but this is the stock intake for the 5.4 with its many baffle box things. All you see is intake crap.

No, with it up on the ramp so high, they normally don't ask. Or at least they haven't yet. ANPAC didn't and that was a big time show, with some very strict judges.
As far as getting in on the other side, then you have to pull the weight of the door up to close it and still climb over the middle with the truck up at an angle. That would be even harder than to climb in. I just use my light body weight to an advantage and climb :D
