I know we have a lot of options when it comes to backup lights but I will share my home made setup. Super easy.

I used some Rigid lights I had laying around but you could find a much cheaper light at any parts store.

I took a metal hitch cover, cut the inside out, threaded it for some mounting screws and hold it in place with a locking hitch pin.

I added a waterproof connector and tied into the left factory backup feed.

If I ever need to haul a trailer simply take the locking hitch pin out unplugged the wireless connector and I'm good to go.

All can be done for a round 25 or 30 bucks.
