Empty 28ft enclosed trailer crushes the rear suspension on my 2018 Raptor. I figured it would handle it better than it did but I didn't buy it to pull my trailer with so I guess I'm ok with it. Has anyone added air bags to help with pulling a trailer?

Deaver can make you a set of their rear springs with an extra leaf, it's their HD spring pak.
I have the non-HD pak but have never towed with it, but many say it helps but still isn't the perfect solution
You are running a weight distribution hitch correct?

Yes we have installed air bags. They work great. Air Lift makes them specifically for the Raptor. Only downside is you cant use bump stops. With that said they act like a bump stop, just not as high tech.

Last picture is with about 600 lbs tongue weight. That much weight on stock smashes it.

With weight distribution hitch I pull a 28ft RV (600 lb tongue weight) with my 2018 SCAB with no issues. Does the truck lose it's rake? Yes, that's why there's rake to begin with - so it's level under load. I will say though that the Gen 2 does seem to squat more than the Gen 1 I used to own... But fixed that by adjusting the hitch. Added a shim and good to go.

That’s impressive.

We didn’t use the distribution hitch because the trailer I borrowed has a generator box mounted right where it would go. My trailer I haul my car in is a lift gate 40ft triple axle so it would snap my Raptor in 1/2.

I tow a toy hauler, when fully loaded it’s over 9k lbs. A simple weight distribution set up,is all I use. The rear drops three inches, I have NO issues at all. I have not modified my truck at all.
