The p0446 could be just a dirty gas filler flap.
The p193c is related to the sensor inside the column behind the steering wheel. It could be a faulty part or due to the poor alignment of the truck. I wouldn't sweat it until after alignment is done.

Got some new oem taillights because I’m not happy with the aftermarket options...yet

Also replaced all the speakers. With fosgate 4 ways in the doors and pioneer everywhere else. Huge improvement

I kept the stock amp however I am considering an additional bass amp that was suggested in another thread. The stock sub is dual 1.2 ohm and you can only get dual 2 ohm so even though the power is a little less the sound quality is better... but it could be more
