GEN 2 Steering wheel VERY loose

The dealer couldn't get me in until Friday and it's still under warranty. Here's what I found when I removed the very loose bolt.

After two cam phasers, a bad seat heater, low volume audio... I'm about ready to sell this thing. Love the truck but damn.

Well with mass-produced vehicles we should expect problems like this. Now, doesn't mean they should happen or that I am happy when they happen.

Just a guess but perhaps the dealer removed the wheel and didn’t install/tighten the steering wheel.

Did you buy it used? Some annoying dude on youtube kept complaining that his hex wheel hole was getting wallowed out when he was beating on the truck offroad. I think the consensus was that he was gripping the wheel with a a death grip.
