Dude, that gives me chest pain. Send me RT airfare and I will come over and get that mess organized (will also need a $5k budget for materials/supplies). Once I am done you will be able to fit the Raptor and another car.

If my wife dies before me, the very next day I am ordering a dumpster to be dropped off in my driveway and I will finally not only have a garage but a house and dump the fees for three 10x30 storage rentals full of the same type of stuff.....

i will say that i HATE epoxy floors. tried them twice, including Griots Garage high dollar stuff. they all suck.

go get a quote on ceramic tile (I use 4x4, although 6x6 is also fine, but don't go bigger, the crack too easy). Use a dark grout and seal it. my garage floor is 8 years old now, and been through quite a few cars/bikes, mud and oil, and still looks great. - oh and in case you are interested, the cabinets are from Griots Garage.

I wouldn't count out the epoxy floor, mine is holding up great. Ive drug jack stands, jacks, I even spilled brake fluid on it. It's holding up great.

I had Custom Garage works based out of Mansfield do mine. It was the most expensive quote I got, but his work is second to none!

state thought it was a good idea to put a hunting dam in it's called Michelson memorial ducks and now I have to put $5k worth of gravel on my driveway almost every year since.
