I've read through this. Sounds like I could put 37x12.5x17 tires on my stock cast wheels and clear everything.

Is that right? Would be a good way to see if I like 37s.

Yes, no rubbing on stock wheels. For mall crawling at least. I’d avoid rock crawling.

Have you tried crawling and encountered rubbing? I’ve full articulated my 37s on my stock wheels and haven’t encountered any rubbing. Gen 3 raptor fenders are completely different from gen 2 raptor fenders. Stock wheel beedlocks or any other wheel matching those specs / offset will be fine

Would a 2.25 RPG collar be too much if I throw on some 37 BFGs. Currently rocking it and don’t want to pay the money to do anything else

Good point, the tires were listed in Post #1 here. Tires are BFGoodrich 37X12.5R17LT 116S KO's (specs here) - which are what also come with the 37 Package, however my Raptor was not a 37 pkg. The only other difference I could find on the chassis was in the spare tire location. Otherwise it was the same as a 37 pkg raptor when I checked.

From Post #1 here:

“Tires are BFGoodrich 37X12.5R17LT 116S KO's (specs here) - which are what also come with the 37 Package but my Raptor was not a 37 pkg.”

The only difference in 35" / 37" raptor chassis I could find was in the spare tire location. Don't see why they would rub with stock wheels / stock offset since it doesn’t with the 37 factory pkg.

My opinion….nothing more. Unless ford comes out with a 37” refit package for 35” raptors…..stick with 35’s, or get a factory 37”. Now….if you are going to drop 10k on a built custom suspension, I’m not talking about you. These trucks were engineered, quite thoughtfully, to run hard-ish on their stock sized meat.
