I’ve got about 25,000 miles on a stage 2 93 tune. No issues whatsoever. I uninstall my AP when taking my truck in for routine service, and wow what a drastic change going back to stock. I usually re-flash right in the parking lot when picking the truck up because I can’t stand the way stock feels after driving Goosetuned.

No. There are other modules (BCM, etc) that need to match ECU.

That wouldn’t work unfortunately
Interesting. I know with '22 superduty's with the 6.7l in order to do emissions compliant tunes on them, They swap PCM's to one they can unlock and copy a file for bcm, etc so the push button start and security works.
