Different idle issue 2010 6.2L, driving me crazy

Have you taken it out on the highway and "cleaned" it out yet? Drop it into 2nd gear and mat the gas pedal for a few runs? It may not help, but it might? Maybe you need to burn off all the crud on the cats.
