Then the only other thing I can think of and like others have suggested you have and air intake leak somewhere.

But you said Ford didn't see any error codes right?
Because the Canister Purge Valve is the usual culprit, the O-rings do dry out.
Had to replace mine after 4 years.
The good tech doing a smoke test would find an air leak right away.

And to be honest 10 years is a long time to have the same spark plugs, it's time to change them.
The oxidation and corrosion the spark plugs have now is not helping I'm sure.

You can add some good expensive injector cleaner but it's only a Band-Aid

The tuning shop said they would see a leak on their reader, but I did ask my dealer to check, don't think they did though.
I replaced the canister Purge Valve.

Yeah, I recall the days of cleaning or replacing plugs every year.
I did run some Seafoam cleaner through, and one other cleaner, but hasn't chnaged anything.
I'll do plugs next, but my dealer is supposed to be opening a ticket for support, niot sure how long that process will take, but the debug will continue.
I won't have time to change plugs for some time, but I will order a good set and the angle/swivel adapter suggested for the job.
The tuning shop suggested Iridium IX, but I am open for suggestions.

Yeah the NGK's are the spark plug of choice, I have them.
Do you still have a extended warranty?
I purchase a second extended warranty before the first one ran out, I'm good till Nov. 2022
They won't give me another one though and I only have a little more than 35,000 miles on mine.
But the hours I have are probably the same as someone with 80,000 highway miles.

No, I originally purchased the platinum warranty and had issues that I didn't get covered and then I never bought the second extension and had to pay for transmission work.

Yeah, the extended warranty is not like a manufacture warranty,
I did make out alright so far with the rearend being replaced and the sun roof, running boards, door speakers.
Those alone paid the first extended warranty, knock on wood I won't need any other repairs.
I do plan on keeping this truck for another 10 years.

Yeah, I kind of figured that.
That's why I ask if you still had warranty, your basically out of any kind of recourse here.

I would suggest KHC or JDM to have a look, their about the same in per. hr. in fees.
But they know the Raptor inside and out.
And both do Tuning.

I go to KHC all the time and it's an hour and half away but well worth it.
Just food for thought.
