Yup never saw it at all, just heard the bang and the saw brown fur. Stupid fur missles. Same thing happened to my Dakota r/t 20+ years ago. Atheist it missed the front. Tons of expensive parts up there.

Getting her fixed. Insurance already sent out the check. It will need a new skin on the box and a respray. I hate that it will get repainted. But I don't want to let the truck go. Love the stupid thing too much. LOL

F'ing deer.... Me, my brother and a friend were doing a 600 mile BDR trip on adventure bikes this past weekend, in central PA. On the way home Sunday morning our friend hit a deer broadside at 55 MPH. He had most of his protective gear on, except for good boots. Broken right ankle, fractured left leg, and left elbow. Rest was brusing and minor scrapes.

I've been down this road myself. Gear is great for staying alive but it still sucks.

Went in for surgery this morning. Prognosis is should be back to beautiful on Friday.
