Some trimming of the inner fender liner should get rid of most of your rubbing on the street. Off road, probably not. You'd need to do some hammering and even then you'd probably rub the upper fender at full compression. I am a little bit anyway with my 36's.

Looks awesome. Same wheels and tires I'm going with, but I'm going with Fiberglass Fenders to avoid all rubbing.
