Heat shield ?

So I took my gen 3 4K miles in for service including my ac issue which they had no clue about. Anyway, few weeks ago I found a heat shield stuck on the inner tire well of drivers side. Dealer said it wasn’t mine. Here’s a pic if someone can confirm if they have it or not

Its the heat shield that above the exhaust pipe on the rear of the vehicle. Just look at the rear right above where the exhaust connection is. Mine was hanging down and laying on top of the pipes. Had the dealer put it back where it’s supposed to go. Maybe someone can post a picture of where theirs is correct from the factory. I think the dealer just took a guess.
