Update: Spoke with a really helpful tech this morning who tested the wiring going to body control module C and found an issue. Taking the truck back next week for him to chase the fault and to manually push all of the updates that my truck has never received over the air. Finally encouraged that my issues may be resolved soon.
I’m wondering if maybe I have the same issue then? Another dealer did the BCMC fix after they said the previous dealer “didn’t do it right or a new update to the module came out “ but after sitting overnight that same B162F DTC that went away just reappeared.

I don’t know if my truck is running full stiff but I will say that my damper modes all feel exactly the same. Is there a way on forscan to confirm the modes are changing? I do feel all the cracks in the road but I don’t have another raptor to compare the ride to. I feel like my wife’s Durango is more comfortable.

sounds like you have the problem still--take it back and compare it to a new raptor on the lot

Just found out there's a new SSM for B162F that came out a few weeks ago. Having trouble finding it on the internet but the tech told me about it this morning.

@FordTechOne is this true? The update (likely the older one) my truck received for body control module c only seems to have improved the ride situation temporarily for me. The ride is becoming stiff again and now i feel chattering from the shocks over small to medium bumps as if im going driving through a washboard

Nothing in OASIS. The SSM has been the same since 2022.

Thanks--just noticed i had the following fault that ive never seen before: TCU U1A01:93-08 - Communication Link, Additional Fault Symptom: No Operation

Could this have something to do with why my suspension seems to be back to full stiff despite the other SSM being taken care of?

Not likely, that’s just a failure code for the on-board modem. Does it clear?
