ecoboost performance rebuild

I've been searching the forums/online for gen2 engine rebuilds.
So far I've only found one through summit racing for the regular ecoboost, and a couple of versions from livernois.

Any personal experience of a rebuild that can handle uprated turbos and more boost/timing ?

Now my question is, let's say for a rebuilt engine with uprated turbos running 600+ whp what tuning module/who tunes this ?
