He stated that in post #9 in this thread.

"I was thinking of listing it for $68K with the Mods. If it doesn't sell, I guess i can pull them and re-list without them."

Yeah, Im going to try and sell it with the mods first. If it doesn't sell, I'll pull them off and will list the mods for sale on the "Garage sale" page.

Generally, mods don't add to the price if left on the truck. I've found that they might even lower the value. Reason being that people wonder what you've put the truck through. They'll think that the miles on the truck won't be highway and it might be rode pretty hard.

If you want the most money for the truck, put it back as close to stock as you can. Part out the mods. There's usually a pretty good market for those.

It takes a bit of effort to get top dollar. Your timing is pretty good for the used market is hot from what I've seen. Don't waste time. Spring is coming and people will want to get out and have a little fun in their new purchase.

Ok, so you think it would sell for the same price, with our without the mods? I understand I won't make my money back, but I was thinking I could get a $2-3K premium for them. Maybe not...

It really depends on if you find that special buyer who was looking to do the same or very similar mods as you did. For a lot of people, mods to them mean the truck was taken off road a lot and may not bring you anything extra. If you want to maximize the value of the truck, parting out the aftermarket stuff and returning the truck to stock will get you the most $$$ but it also requires the most amount of effort on your part.

I'm thinking of selling my Raptor and wanted to get some advice on listing it with or without my mods, and general asking price. I'm not sure if I should list the truck with the modifications on, or pull them off and get the truck close to stock. Ideally, I'd find someone that wants mods so I don't have to take the truck apart. If it helps sell the truck I'd be willing to make it worthwhile for the buyer. Here are the stats.

Year: 2019
Color: Black on Black
19K Miles
802A Package
Carbon Fiber Package
Basically every option except for Ricaros.
Sticker Price = $73,975

Modifications:
SVC Billet Upper A-Arms
SVC Outer Tie Rods
Deaver +3 HDs
Eibach Front Springs
VenomRex Wheels on 35inch Nitto Ridge Grapplers (2 spares included in Chance Rack)
SDHQ Recovery Bed Rack
ICOM 4100 Radio - Wired into the console.
Bulletproof Deisel 3rd Brake light with Antenna mount.
Baja Designs XL80s with SDHQ A-Pillar Mounts
6 Baja Designs Squadron Pro's in the Bumper cut outs
Baja Designs S2 Amber chase lights

There might be some other mods that I'm forgetting, but this is the majority.

P.S - Truck is a little dirty right now since its been raining here in SoCal.

Thanks!
Mike

I think the truck will move pretty quick with the mods; they are tasteful and most Raptor buyers would do most of the mods here in SoCal pending budget. Good luck let us know his it turns out.

I agree with @jabroni619

Great looking truck! Good luck to you Mike. If you decide to part out I'd be interested in the following;

SVC Billet Upper A-Arms
SVC Outer Tie Rods
Deaver +3 HDs
Baja Designs XL80s with SDHQ A-Pillar Mounts
6 Baja Designs Squadron Pro's in the Bumper cut outs
Baja Designs S2 Amber chase lights

I live locally.

Cheers,
Troy
