So on the last WI trip I organized there where a couple of times when we had large levels on interference on GLRE channels (all at the same time). After doing some research on this it seems to be caused by 148MHz pager systems causing attenuation inside the receiver. Has anyone done anything with filters to combat this? I have seen a number of articles that talk of using cavity filters to address the issue and was wondering if anyone had built/installed one?
