Hey guys, need some advice. 2019 SCREW.

Yesterday I was towing 2 jet skis @ around 75mph in tow mode on the interstate. 70 deg day here in WI. About an hour into the trip, I started having shifting problems, basically super long shifts and with the long shifts Engine rev and loss of power while it was trying to shift.

Pulled up the tranny temp and it was at 226 degrees. Which is a lot higher than it normally runs but still well within the normal range when I switched on the transmission temp gauge. I pulled over and let it cool down and it was fine after that, shifting was OK, temp got up to 208.

Was the transmission overheated and if so, seems odd on a cool day not pulling a huge amount of weight.

plan to make an appointment to have the codes checked and document the issue in case this is just the beginning of bigger problems.

what else would you recommend? Thx!
