I know it's been posted & lots of people have done it, but my Sync 3 in my 2018 was lagging ridiculously behind, my phone wouldn't stay connected, map was off, & just jacked up to the point of not really being usable. Downloaded the updater from cyanlabs & it's all good now. Thanks to this forum & I hope EVERYONE who has this issue is finding peace once updated!
