Hi im ordering tires and wheels for my raptor. I will have the perch set on middle once i get it. Im looking at some :
Nitto trail grapplers
and fuel off road hostage or octane. I really like the deep dish.
Id like them to stick out from the car abit as well!
I have no idea how to pick sizes and ect. Im looking at either 18" or 20" with 35 grapplers would that work?
Could someone suggest sizes of rims and tires for me please?
Thanks you!

18" or 20" rims will work and 35" tires will work. stick around + 0mm to +18mm offset with 9" wide wheels if you want them to stick out. negative offset sticks out too much in my opinion.

Personally I'd recommend a 18" wheel. Especially if you plan on using it off road.

The ones that are 35". The first section is the second to bottom tire. The lower section is the last tire. The only numbers that really matter is the first bunch. 35(diameter)x12.50(width)R(radial)20LT(rim size)

SO to get this right.
This size Toyo open country MT 35x12.50R20 121Q 10/E BW will fit a 20x12 rim no problem?
The rim website has this pdf http://mhtwheels.com/pdf/specs/D508-D509 Octane1.pdf and if you look to the last page where its 20x12 theres a bunch of numbers again do I need to worry about that??

None of those tires are wide enough to accommodate at 12" wide wheel. Technically they will fit, but they will be out of spec/safety and not be proportional.

I know you really want wide wheels, but they will stick way too far out. I think your best set up would be a 20x9 with a +1 or maybe with a -12 offset but I still think those would stick out too far.

As for tires, a 35x12.50x20 would work great.

I have 20"x8.5" American racing 893 rims with Nitto Dune Grapplers. They do rub some when having to turn sharply in reverse. The Nittos are 13.11" wide where as the factory ones are 12.5".

I recieved a early christmas present from the wife and kid they are fuel hostage wheels. Since it was suprise she let phone rep choose the size. They are 17x9 with 4.5inch backspace and +18 offset. When turning they do rub and they are only half inch wider then factory. Since they have only been on two days I havent looked at rubbing yet. They do rub on back of fender but don't hit bumper in front.
