Could you give more info on why you say this?

I bought some Ridge Grapplers for my og Bronco that is close to done. They are SWEET looking and I read good reviews. I'm not that far off from needing tires for the Raptor and was thinking of doing the same.

I have Hankooks on there right now and they've been pretty good overall.
Had Ridge Grapplers on my 2020 and like them better than the KO2's on my 2021 now. The KO2's are sh** in the mud. Wheel'n in Colorado and Cloudcroft NM forest roads the KO2's can't get rid of the mud. Have Falken Wildpeak M/T on my Rubi XR and really like them.

My next tires will be Mickey Thompson Baja Boss A/T, about 6 lbs heavier, is rated 3PMS, looks a little more aggressive, a lot of great reviews.

Can get them in D or E rating, 99 & 100 mph speed rating.

Traction issues at 47K miles, yeah Id imagine those bastards are bald AF. If you got 47K miles outta the KO2s and now have some traction issues, the answer for the next tire to get has already been answered. I’ve never gotta 47K miles out of any tire I’ve ever owned.
I wouldn’t say they are bald. Still plenty of tread on them. Just suck when wet now.

I stand corrected. That is some nice mileage. My first set only lasted 20K miles and I didn't spin the tires much lol.

Are you going 35/12.5r17 vs 315/70r17? I'm kind of torn if you got stock sizes 315 or the slightly larger 35

Not sure yet on whether I will choose D or E load range tire.

Leaning towards D load range which are the 35X12.50R17LT tire.

If these are actually a 35" tire then that's only .32 more tire per radius since the 315/70R17 calculates to 34.36 diameter.

And since I don't do hard core off road it shouldn't be an issue.

Got the Yoko g015’s on and they are very quiet. A lot quieter than bfg’s . It changes the driving experience a lot.
