Leveling a 2019?

I have a 2019 coming. Curious if it would be better to level with a shock spacer versus a spring preload collar? Wouldn't a shock spacer keep the shock in a more optimum zone?

I am battling with this also. I want to go springs instead but waiting till install to really see what the plan will look like with my new rims.
