Has anyone had issues with a service dealer taking too long with your truck. Tuttle Click here in Irvine, CA has had my truck for almost 2 months and still no resolution on a differential issue that I am fairly convinced they caused. I spoken with the GM at the dealer and Ford Corporate and still getting the run around about waiting for parts. Truck was bought as a "Ford Certified Gold". My frustration knows no bounds....any thoughts on what I can do?

May want to look at Lemon Law in CA. I think if the shop has your vehicle for longer than 30 days, you can take this route. Again, look it up to confirm that's correct info.

Thanks so much...I have a couple of lemon law attorneys looking at it...just such a bizarre situation.

Waiting for parts for months is not a bizarre situation, its very very common with just about all manufacturers at least since 2020. As stated you can look in to lemon laws in your state but it is not your dealer's fault if Ford can't supply parts.
