Is it possible for the shutter controlling the high beam and low beam not opening all the way in low beam mode. To me the lights seam weak in low beam. When you shine them against the garage in low beam you have very little of the bright beam. When you go to bright it is very bright.
Can you adjust the shutter to open more on low beam?
