Lego I just thought of something for your truck. You should take off the factory air box that says 6.2l on it and paint the silver part red to match the rest of your truck. What do you think?

Very nice idea Maxxx... Imma see if I can do that right now that I have my mechanics bored and with nothing to do.. lol... also have to see if I have red paint... mostly have black and yellow (cuz of the Caterpillars)... thanks Maxxx

Anyone know how to remove the airbox? (just the cover) Is it a PITA? any tools?

Can't be any harder than installing that air intake system......

Agreed. I had to take mine off when i installed the volant intake. The volant replaces it.

Oh, didn't know your dealership installed it for you, most dealerships won't do that. Trust me, its nothing 15min and some simple hand tools can't take care of
