Yeah, they should buy it back if you cant drive it for a simple headlight fix. So disappointing to hear. Hope the process is quick for you.

Have gone from a 2021 raptor, to a 2019 explorer and have now be been given a fusion to drive. This is incredible that you pay very good money and get the worst customer service ever.

Well, they can't give you another Raptor to drive, since the production numbers are so low. Whats the prognosis on the headlight assy? Is your dealer saying that the factory forgot how to make them or what?

Honestly, at this point you should be asking Ford for a buy back. They can’t fix it, so the warranty means nothing to you. You’ve given them a fair chance to fix it and they haven’t. They CAN; they’ve chosen not to. Unfortunate, but it is what it is. As sad as it is to type this, you should strongly consider turning in the loaner and waiting out the 31 days needed to trigger the ( well most anyway ) lemon law so that you can preserve the ability to sue should you need to. Suing should be a last resort, but you’ve got a pretty obvious and strong case that you’ve tried to be flexible and it hasn’t worked out. Most state lemon laws exempt repairs that the dealer or manufacturer provide a loaner for. They’re taking advantage of you and you’re paying Raptor money for what, exactly?

Unless you want to go to the lengths of trying to find a 3rd party or 2nd hand light...
