If you have a carry card in your pocket, you keep your carry on your person. We are continually getting in and out of veh. and having to remove and replace in veh. gets to be a hassle. Lots of problems happen when you just get out for gas, snack at conv. store, etc. being prepared is the end game. If you remove and store in the veh. you ultimately start a habit of leaving it there for these short tasks and in doing so you drop your guard. NEVER drop your guard! Remember, the only easy day was yesterday, where nothing went wrong!

I had the magnetic slide mount on my F350. Only sat here while driving. Didn't store it in the truck.

Was that mount easy to install? Did you have to nail or screw into the vehicle? Thanks so much! That's perfect for quick in and out of the truck. Exactly what I'm looking for.

I use a gun holder mounted under the steering column. It's easily accessible for me, but not visible to others when I open the door. Make sure it's legal and safe according to your local laws.
