Ok I have the same question ETIS shows Diagnostic - 14, what does this mean? I also re-pulled my door sticker from research maniacs, and there were some changes at the top.

It went from DRB - 000450 FL 9 Normal, NB, 000450, GK102, 8004
To DRB 000009 FL 4 - Rebill, NB, 000009, GK133, 13470

Why did the door sticker change? and what does it mean? Has anyone else checked for changes to their sticker as well?

My VIN says the same DIAGNOSTIC (14) however it's scheduled to be built on 12/5...

On the bottom of the sticker it says:

My sticker disappeared last week, build date was 10/27, Eli's shows this "diagnostic 14" as well. I tried researching the "rebill" designation, but I haven't found an explanation for that term.

14 = Profile ignition pickup circuit failure

Not sure if that's the correct code info, but it's what I found

#14 is an old OBD I trouble code. Ford swapped to OBD II around '95 or '96.
