So if you replace the intercooler you have to pull the front bumper right? And if you do that do you need to get it realigned?

sounds like it , i have removed the bumper before a year ago put it all back with no issues , but like ford tech said may not operate correctly

i may move my bumper back to where i think stock location is , to see if the problem goes away , but may still bring it to dealer to calibrate
