If you have smog checks in your area you had better hold on to the manifolds and cats. Fed law states you can't replace or relocate the cats for 5 years or 50k miles.

SilverBolt is correct about the cats. Legally we can't replace the stock cats with the ones that come on aftermarket headers for at least 50K miles or 5 years, and then you must be able to prove that it was necessary emissionwise if the EPA asks. So do keep the stuff in case you get caught during a future emission test. In any case, most recyclers will pay $40-$60 each for factory cats.

I just replaced the 3" pipe and the muffler. I am goin to keep mine stock in case I sell the truck and want to put it back to stock. Then I will have 2 mufflers and a X pipe to use on my next Raptor!!!!!
