So yes towing wise, but NOT discussing towability suspension etc, but SPECIFICALLY addressing the engine only:

Would it be really hard on the engine to run under constant boost (~80% of the time at around 2-5psi) for longer (6-8+ hour trips) [say 5-10 times a year]?
Yes I know MPG will suck, and transmission debatable, but would that be too hard on JUST the engine itself??

Again, STRICTLY engine running long periods under a bit of boost for hours.

:rotflmao:hahah you guys are great

I’m only asking because I’m not super familiar with what kind of abuse these guys can take before it’s asking for trouble. My Tacoma could take a hell of a lot of abuse and not flinch
