Absolutely do it! Just this weekend I played around on the beach, drove down an insanely steep sand wall to get to the beach and getting back over the dunes was a hoot. I watched as someone in their TRD Pro took about 5 attempts to get out back over the dunes, almost rolled it twice. The Rap? Needed half the approach, gun it, nailed it first time. The Jeeps and the TRD pro just looked in awe. Do it.

Drive mine on the beach all of the time. Salt air is better than salt on the roads. Sadly in the Northeast we have both. Truck does great in the sand, deflate if it is real soft and have fun! Truck was made to have fun in and off-roading is where it is at.

If you wash the truck you will be fine. It is the long term covering and leaving it sit causes the problems.

I spent $400 to undercoat my last Raptor and the quote I got only increased by Biden inflation 10% to a little north of $440. Well worth it, my trucks undercarriage always looked brand new while most others looked rusted out in 1 to 2 winters.

I gotta admit that I don't understand the Raptor forum sometimes. Here's what my Raptor and Porsche look like for 90% of every winter. What is it that you guys think is gonna happen?

I might be going out on a limb here, but I think they might be worried that their Raptors are going to end up looking like your Raptor and Porsche... ;)

Went there last summer. You should definitely drive on the beach. No permit required just to drive, only to park.
