I won't mind so long as it doesn't affect radio and 3rd party amp/sub power

I've heard several people mention the loss of the power steering. I'm not sure why this is a big deal when the vehicle is stopped. Why do you need p/s while stopped at a light?
Yes, I can probably come up with a few edge cases where I might want p/s at a stop light. I think I can hit the button on the dash in those unusual conditions.
I can definitely see the loss of A/C at a long light in the south in the summer might be an issue, but the p/s issue confuses me.

Agreed. Electric power steering draws current from the battery. Steering is not required when stopped, thus having that current draw on the battery, when not necessary, is eliminated.
