Why can't you just weld it yourself? I am not the best welder, but I can grind with the best of them.

Welding is the easy part. Its the layout that most wont be able to do unless they have experience.

Layout is a ton easier if you have a design, and a layout table. They are only about $125 for a cheap one.

Very cool man. The one im making for my truck is 1-3/4 round DOM tube, but the square is cool...modern and different. Also, its much easier to work with since you dont have to notch and the main hoop can be 3 pieces instead of having to do bends like with round.

Yours is pro level perfect, but using square tube it would be possible for a guy at home to make a rack with just a welder and grinder. You may have started a trend!

Ill post mine when im done in about a month...(Been to busy to work on it)...
