Tow mode utilizes engine breaking, but shifts sequentially. So for those who don't have TCM tuning I suggest that.

I have a question, stage zero is stock but what does it do when you completely uninstall the access port from the truck?

Like you said, it completely uninstalls the AP. The Stage 0 is stock with AP still installed, so you can utilize the other functions as desired.

I'm guessing leave it stage zero, as dealer can still see the history of changes to computer settings, from my understanding. Which could very well be wrong.
