Went and looked at the 2019-2020 raptors today at local dealer. I have a 2017... is it just me or does the new suspension in the 19-20 have the truck sitting higher in the front? All of the trucks I looked at appear to have a much larger wheel gap than my 17.

thought the same on my '20. Could just be the front hasn't settled yet. This is my 3rd Raptor since 12' and I did notice it first thing though.

2019 and 2020 sit higher. I don’t have proof but the major change was the live shock so perhaps it hasn’t to do with the live shocks?

Eibach springs say they give 2.5” lift on a 17-18 but only 1.7” on 19-20. Im guessing the Spring is a bit longer on the 19s because if it was the shock body the lift would still be the same height when the springs were changed.
Just thinking out loud over here.

Nice observation. Makes sense.

It’s mentioned in a couple of threads here and Eibach mentioned they had to come up with a new spring for the ‘19s as the original design for the 17-18’s just didn't work on the ‘19 to there satisfaction. As mentioned by J above the 19-20’s sit higher from factory and Eibachs will give another 1.70” and level the truck. 17-18’s do get 2.5” when using Eibachs.
