6/19 build date. Don’t have them either, however, after doing a few minutes of research, it’s possible that Ford decided to remove these completely because of water getting trapped inside the doors and removing the plug was the only way to drain. See video below for example...

Good lord, what is the purpose of them then?

The doors have other drain holes but they're small and easily plugged by debris. Some might even come from the factory clogged with sealant applied then the door is assembled. Either way, they are not needed and you're probably better off without them.

Never quite understood what those black things in the holes were for in the first place.
