Just bought a new (2013) Raptor for my husband. He's deployed and it's his dream truck. It's pretty standard and I'd like to make a few simple upgrades/mods before he comes home. What would be your list of a few simple & inexpensive mods I could do to "pretty it up". I'm thinking exterior to start. Fender flares? Illuminated vents?? Blacked out mirror reflectors? Where should I start? Any help would be most appreciated!

First thing I'm doing is installing some fog lights, I got some rigid lights with mounts, I ordered a pull headlight switch today and plan on working them up to it like my other fords..

CravenSpeed 50 cal Stubby Antenna is a good option. The rigid fog light kit and a 20" in the bumper is also a great option. Really set it off and add the visionX light cannon kit with no cut hood mounts.

My first was stubby antenna, night shaded my third brake light, then blacked out mirrors. Vision x light cannons and no cut mounts should be here tomorrow

You're a damn good woman. Lucky man. We all appreciate his service and it will be cool to see pics of him with it when you're done.

As stated above easiest inexpensive mods ranging from $40 to $500

Thanks, everyone! I think I'll start with the suggestions you've all given. I'm not sure how to post a picture yet so if this doesn't work, I apologize. Literally starting with a blank slate. Also, is there a way to secure that .50 cal stub? I'm sure the first time he drives his truck on post, that sucker is getting stolen. Sad, but true.

Welcome,

You could try blue Loctite, it would secure it, but it wouldn't be impossible to remove. Use red Loctite if you want to make it a permenant part of the truck.
