Turbo Smart Vee Port EM not holding boost

I just installed a SVC intercooler and Turbo Smart BOV. For some reason the Turbo Smart BOV is not holding boost. Has anyone had an issue with this BOV ? Or possibly know a fix ? It’s a brand new Turbo Smart Vee Port EM. Under throttle at around 8psi it just releases boost pressure.

my VEE releases at 3500rpm only if i left off the gas, I haven't checked to see what im boosting at when it releases
