I think your numbers are doable 10 - 12PSI - 93 pump - 9.0 CR if your charge temps are kept down. Should last a long time.

20 PSI on E85 should give you some spare parts LOL not all straight. it would be interesting test to see how long it would hold together.

The motor - Block, crank & heads are very beefy - Even by todays standards.

Great build - Keep us posted.
Thanks, I will be using an large water to air innercooler as i have the room. The forged rods & pistons i have chosen are of hight quailty and with the right tune & fuel they should live at 20psi for short 1/4 mile passes. The factory block, crankshaft & head deck thickness all looks fairly strong but my big concern is keeping the heads sealed to the block with only 4 bolts per cly on that large of pattern.

What are you going to use to secure the head - What bolts or studs?

Are these 6.2 engines from Raptors? Are the cam specs you posted from these two engines? Reason I ask is because the pic of the shaft/rocker assembly picture you posted doesn't have the match marking that i saw inside my 2012 raptor.20200329_161245.jpg

nice to see more people looking to do more cam/head work especially if the price is better. those first set of cams have a little more intake duration but less exhaust then the livernois cams based on the specs i have for mine.

Did you get a cam card from Livernois? They wont divulge the info, but I suspect that they are the same cams that came from the Raptor R program.
