Thanks, I will be using an large water to air innercooler as i have the room. The forged rods & pistons i have chosen are of hight quailty and with the right tune & fuel they should live at 20psi for short 1/4 mile passes. The factory block, crankshaft & head deck thickness all looks fairly strong but my big concern is keeping the heads sealed to the block with only 4 bolts per cly on that large of pattern.I think your numbers are doable 10 - 12PSI - 93 pump - 9.0 CR if your charge temps are kept down. Should last a long time.
20 PSI on E85 should give you some spare parts LOL not all straight. it would be interesting test to see how long it would hold together.
The motor - Block, crank & heads are very beefy - Even by todays standards.
